6. When opening his office, entering an existing office, being entered on the roll of the Order for the first time or being appointed to a position related to the practice of his profession, the podiatrist may publish or allow to be published his photograph, not exceeding 64 cm2, and biographical data in newspapers, magazines or other printed matter.
